Yes. Modified text is recomposed using the document's font and line breaks are recalculated: content below shifts naturally, just like in a word processor.
Which fonts are used?
The ones embedded in the PDF. If characters are missing, a fallback Liberation font is automatically used.

Can I undo my changes?
