The site docunest.app (hereinafter "the Site") is published as part of the DocuNest project, PDF and image tools software for local use.

Licenses purchased from the Site are invoiced by Lemon Squeezy, a reseller acting as merchant of record, which issues the invoice and collects and remits the applicable VAT. See the General Terms of Sale.

2. Director of Publication

The director of publication is Lorris Crappier, reachable at contact@docunest.app.

3. Host

The Site is a static site. It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — phone: +1 650 319 8930 — www.cloudflare.com.

The DocuNest desktop application does not host any user documents: files are processed solely on the user's computer.

5. Intellectual Property

The DocuNest name, brand, texts, visuals, Site interface, and software are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

The acquisition of a software user license does not entail any transfer of ownership. Terms of use are specified in the General Terms of Sale.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in the cookie policy.

7. Credits

Site built with Astro. Figtree, Syne, and JetBrains Mono fonts, self-hosted (no requests to third-party servers).
